Everything is Provided
Don't worry about the gear, we’ve got you covered. We provide all the necessary equipment, including bars, plates, and steps, so you can dive in right away. All you need to bring is a water bottle, a small towel, and comfortable workout clothes.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to set up your station without feeling rushed. If it's your first time, introduce yourself to the instructor! They will help you with equipment setup and suggest the best starting weights to ensure you feel at ease.
You’re in Control
The focus is on your personal progress. While the class is done to the beat of the music, you are always in control of your weight selection. Our instructors guide you through every move, but starting light is encouraged while you learn the technique. If you need a small break at any time, you are welcome to pause and rejoin when you are ready.
Feeling a little sore a day or two later? That’s completely normal! It’s simply a sign that your muscles are adapting and getting stronger.
