Meet Ellen!

1. Tell us a bit about your background in fitness: My qualifications include being a licensed teacher of Zumba and strong nation. I started my fitness journey as a gym member then became an instructor because I loved it so much.

2. What do you love most about teaching Zumba? I love teaching Zumba not only for the many psychical health benefits, but also for the interesting people i have met and the friendly camaraderie that comes with supporting each others success.

3. What’s your favourite thing about teaching at Salisbury Aquatic Centre? I have been working at Salisbury since day one and I love it because i can’t wait to meet new people and see this little community grow.

4. What do you aim to bring to your classes? My Passion is to combine music, fitness and fun for the ultimate workout!
