Meet Your Trainer: Steven

If you’ve taken an FX30 class at Salisbury, chances are you’ve trained with Steven, a focused and experienced instructor holding Cert III & IV in Health and Fitness. He brings a straightforward, results driven approach to every session, and thrives on seeing members push through the blood, sweat, and tears to reach their goals.

FX30 is a perfect fit for Steven’s style: fast, functional, and effective. Each class is designed to improve strength, fitness, and endurance in just 30 minutes. Steven appreciates the clean, professional environment at Salisbury, which helps set the tone for every session.

His goal? To make an impact. Steven tailors his classes to all fitness levels, using smart progressions and flexible programming to challenge everyone, no matter their starting point. With the freedom to adapt each workout, he ensures every FX30 session is varied, purposeful, and engaging.

  • Fridays 7:00am – 7:30am, 6:00pm – 6:30pm & 6:45pm – 7:15pm
  • Saturdays 8:00am – 8:30am
